Msgt. Jimmy T. Reynolds

Jimmy T. Reynolds, 74, passed away at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale, FL on Friday, August 12, 2016.

Jimmy was born on June 4, 1942 to the late Leonard and Dimple (Allen) Reynolds in Athens, GA. Jimmy was a veteran of the Army, Navy and retired from the United States Air Force after 22 years. While serving his country, he was in the Cuban Missile Crisis, Vietnam and Cold War. He also, medical retired from civil service at Robins Air Force Base. He was a member of Shirley Hills Baptist Church and the American Legion.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Vera C. Reynolds and Mickey Reynolds Wilford; brother, Charles L. Reynolds and step-son, Scott H. Darby.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife, Marsha K. Reynolds; daughters, Cherrie (Mike) Jones, and Teresa (Brian) Ader; son, Jimmy (Michelle) Reynolds, II; sister, Ellon (Kenneth) Roberts; brother, Larry M. Reynolds. His grandchildren are Michael and Andrew Jones and Tristan Reynolds, Hayley L Bostic and great-grandchildren are Andria and Ryan Jones; and several nieces, nephew and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 19, 2016 at 12:00 PM in the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Rev. Andy Cook officiating. The family will great friends one hour prior to the service at McCullough. Interment will follow in Andersonville National Cemetery at 2:00 PM with full military honors.
