Msgt Timothy ''Tim'' Baker, Jr., Usaf (Ret)

Tim Baker, Jr., 64, departed for his heavenly home on Thursday, March 7, 2013.

Mr. Baker was born on October 18, 1948 in Port St. Joe, Florida. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era and retired with the rank of Master Sergeant after serving in numerous locations around the world. He later served as a Program Manager in Saudi Arabia and was currently working Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base. Of the Methodist faith, Mr. Baker was a Mason, an avid fisherman and hunter. His parents, Timothy Baker, Sr. and Vera Mae Dallam; and sister, Linda Peterson, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his children, Maria Boykin (Gerrod), Douglasville, Georgia and Timothy Baker, III (Ebony), Locust Grove, Georgia; seven grandchildren; devoted former wife, Jacqueline Baker, Warner Robins, Georgia; brother, Richard Baker (Jean), Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania; and devoted cousin, Neal Garrison, Warner Robins, Georgia.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2013 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
