Myrtice B. Willingham

Myrtice B. Willingham, 79, entered into rest on Tuesday, March 1, 2011.

Mrs. Willingham was born on January 7, 1932 in Dodge County, and was a devoted mother, grandmother and homemaker. She was preceded in death by her son, Earl Willingham; son-in-law, D. Ray Thomas; and parents, Arthur T. Barrentine and Eula Mae Shepperd Barrentine.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband of sixty-one years, Carl T. Willingham; daughters, Pamela Cook (Kenneth), Perry, and Lynn Smith (Melvin, Jr.), Lizella; grandchildren, Angie Dubois, Mike Thomas, Dwain Thomas, Tracy Thomas, Melvin Smith, III, Michelle Biley, Carl Willingham, II, and Earl Willingham, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Frances Willingham, Acworth; eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 2, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2011 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
