Nancy Reddish, 63, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 26, 2026.

Born on October 4, 1962, Nancy lived a life defined by dedication to her family, a strong work ethic, and a generous heart. She never met a stranger and had a way of making people feel welcome, whether they were family, lifelong friends, or someone she had just met.

A graduate from the University of Georgia, she dedicated more than four decades to the insurance industry, beginning with McNeal Insurance before moving to Atlanta to work for Marsh. Eventually home called her back, and she ultimately returned to McNeal Insurance, where she faithfully served her clients and community until retiring from full-time work in 2024. She was known for her integrity, hard work, and genuine care for the people she served.

Above all else, Nancy cherished her family. Nothing brought her greater joy than being “Nana” to her five grandsons. They were the light of her life, and she treasured every moment spent cheering them on, making memories, and loving them with her whole heart. She was also an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan, rarely missing a chance to cheer on the Dawgs, and she found happiness and peace in trips to her beloved Daytona Beach. She also loved her fur babies fiercely. Remi, Bella, and Bentley “Monkey” are lost without her.

Nancy was preceded in death by her father, Calvin Davis. She is survived by her loving husband, Dan Reddish; her mother, Harriette Davis; sisters, Susan Sweat (Forest), Becky Preston (Larry), and Gale Dorough (Ken); her daughters, Kari Nico (Dustin) and Chely Bond (Joshua); and her beloved grandsons, Davis Nico, Parker Nico, Miller Nico, Calvin Nico, and Wyatt Bond. She is also lovingly remembered by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless dear friends whose lives were blessed by knowing her.

Nancy will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her kindness, her resilience, and the warmth she shared with everyone who knew her. Though she will be deeply missed, her legacy lives on through the family she loved so fiercely.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the caregivers, friends, and loved ones who supported Nancy throughout her illness and to the hospice team who provided compassionate care in her final days.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 2, 2026, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Nancy will then be privately laid to rest at Magnolia Park Cemetery.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Nancy to a charity of your choosing.
