Nellie Seymour Swink

Nellie Seymour Swink, 84, entered into rest on Tuesday, September 30, 2008.

Mrs. Swink was born on February 12, 1924, in Hart County, Georgia. She retired from Robins Air Force Base as a supply clerk in civil service. She was a member of Central Baptist Church. Her husbands, Lonnie Ellis and James Swink; parents, Joel Martin Seymour and Mildred Partain Seymour; and five brothers and sisters, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her son, Duane Ellis (Julie), Forsyth; grandson, Will Ellis, Forsyth; granddaughter, Chelsea Merrill, Forsyth; sister, Ruth Bowers, Hartwell; brothers, Leonard Seymour, Hartwell, and Donald Seymour, Mableton; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 1, 2008, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2008, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, Reverend Sydney Odom officiating. Interment will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Memorial donations may be given to Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins GA 31088.
