On March 23, 1974, in Georgetown, Guyana, a beautiful individual was born to the late Roxanne Morgan and Roland Dow. He had a special way of connecting with people and making sure everyone he met was taken care of and felt important. His heart was enormous. He was so kind and so caring. Always thinking of others first. His ability to have a conversation about anything and everything was one of his many talents. He was an excellent chef, always giving tips on recipes and cooking delicious dishes. He loved listening and dancing to 90’s hip hop, soca/reggae music, traveling, exploring new places, playing cards, and most of all, spending time with Ebonie and their boys.
Above all, he was a dedicated husband to his wife and dedicated father to his two sons.
In addition to his mother, Otis was preceded in death by his sister, Michelle Bolton; and grandmother, Joyce Patrick; and grandfather, Neville Patrick.
