Owen Frazier

Owen Frazier, 70, passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2004 at a local hospital. Services for Mr. Frazier will be held at 2:00 p. m on Thursday, April 22, 2004 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21 at McCullough Funeral Home.

Mr. Frazier was born November 19, 1933 in Milledgeville. He served in the United States Marine Corps and later worked with the Civil Service in Quality Control at Robins Air Force Base. After retirement from Civil Service, Mr. Frazier kept busy with many activities. He drove cars for all of the local dealerships, was a member of the Travelers Protection Association, and was an avid NASCAR fan. For the past forty years he enjoyed fishing with a special group of friends. He attended Second Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret Frazier, Kathleen, GA; sons, Mike Frazier, Erie, CO; and Gene Frazier (Connie), Loganville, GA; stepdaughter, Felecia Buffington, Kathleen, GA; stepson, Michael Snipes, Panama City, FL; sisters, Mildred Johnson, Sparta, GA; and Carolyn Smithson, Augusta, GA; and grandchildren, Kelli Buffington, Ryan Frazier, Kirsten Frazier, and Ashley Wise.
