Pamela L. Mclendon

Pamela L. McLendon, 54, passed away on Saturday, November 25 2006 at her home after a brave and extended battle with breast cancer. Pam was born on September 23, 1952 in Macon, GA to Elmo S. and Faye Lavender. She worked as a Radiology Technician for 30 years, and as a QC Supervisor at Houston Medical Center. Pam was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, and friend who was an excellent cook and gave so much to all she loved.

Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Roy McLendon, Warner Robins; daughter, Mandy King (Matt), Bonaire; son, Brandon McLendon, Warner Robins; stepchildren, Regina Malcom (Fred), Centerville; Michael McLendon, Byron; Kelly McLendon, Decatur; sisters, Gayle L. Bush, Mobile, AL; Connie L. VanZandt (Brian), Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Sandy Daniel, Warner Robins; Tonya Lampley (Freddy), Mobile, AL; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2006 at McCullough Funeral Home with visitation following. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, 248 Tom Hill Sr. Blvd, Macon, GA 31210.
