Pamela Faye Spires McCoury, affectionately known as “Meme,” entered into eternal rest on June 27, 2025, at the age of 73.
Pamela was born on October 2, 1951, in Macon, Georgia, to the late Jack Spires and Peggy Sue Godfrey Spires. She grew up in Macon and graduated from McEvoy High School.
A devoted homemaker, Pamela also dedicated her life to caring for and nurturing children. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Tony Alan McCoury.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Mandy McCoury (Darron Crozier); granddaughters, Lauryn Walker (William), and Ashlyn Bernhard; great-grandchildren, Liam Walker and Griffyn Walker; and brothers, Andy Spires (Pam) and Nick Spires (Donna).
