Patricia Ann Davis, 76, entered into eternal rest on Friday, December 5, 2025.
Born on December 13, 1948, in Eastman, Georgia, Patricia was the daughter of the late Jake and Marie Grimsley Etheridge. She grew up in Middle Georgia, graduating from high school in Macon before attending Gupton-Jones. Over the years, Patricia held several positions, working as a hairdresser and later at Robins Air Force Base.
It was in her role as a phlebotomist with LabCorp, however, where she found her true calling. With compassion, skill, and a warm smile that put patients at ease, she faithfully served the Middle Georgia community until her retirement.
Patricia never met a stranger—her joyful spirit, quick wit, and gift for making others laugh left a lasting impression on everyone she encountered. She was a natural storyteller, a devoted friend, and the light of any room she walked into. In her free time, she loved to fish, finding peace and happiness on the water.
Patricia’s presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, but her memory will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those she touched.
In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her siblings, J.D. Etheridge, Kenneth “Red” Etheridge, Mary Ann Skipper, Johnnie Mahan, and Sue Black.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her daughter, Tammy Horton (Terry Fowler) of Bonaire; grandchildren, Tony (Meghan) and Terry (Samantha) Campbell; great-grandchildren, Clay, Ellie, Alania, and Sammy J.; siblings, Scooter Roland, and Ansel Ethridge, Jr.; as well as friend and caretaker, Judy Rigby; three fur babies, and extended family members and friends.
At the family’s request, all services held will be private.
