Paul Murphy, 86, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2008.
Mr. Murphy was born on September 8, 1921 in Palmer, Tennessee. He was retired from the United States Navy, where he served in World War II. He worked in Logistics at Robins Air Force Base. He is Catholic. His parents, Paul S. and Minnie Murphy, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Gwen Murphy, Centerville; son Daniel May (Linda), Crawford; daughter, Sherri Prince, Palmer, Tennessee; grandsons, John and Al May, Crawford; step-sons, Kevin Harkins, Macon and Keith Harkins, Ivey; step-daughter, Wendy Wilbourne, Macon; seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Graveside service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 13, 2008 at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, Macon, Georgia.
