Penelope "Penny" Jackson Groves

Penelope Groves, 49, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2007.
A long time resident of Warner Robins, Mrs. Groves was born on October 16, 1957 in Warner Robins. Mrs. Groves was a 1975 graduate of Northside High School, and a 1993 graduate of Fayetteville Technical College with an Associate Degree in Nursing. She employed her nursing skills in different organizations, most recently serving at a family practice in Savannah. She touched many lives through her career and her life and she was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend.

Her father, Silas Jackson, preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, Mark Groves, Ludowici, Georgia; daughters Bambi N. DeFebbo, Savannah, and Jessica DeFebbo, Warner Robins; mother, Faye Jackson, Warner Robins; brother, Randy Jackson, Warner Robins.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 9, 2007 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.
