Phyllis Jean Fitzpatrick, 89, entered into rest on Thursday, March 17, 2011.
Mrs. Fitzpatrick was born on November 23, 1921 in Morenci, Michigan. A faithful servant of the Lord, Phyllis was a longtime member of First Christian Church of Warner Robins, attended the Adult Sunday School Class. She retired from civil service at Robins Air Force Base where she worked as a bookkeeper. Her beloved husband of sixty four years, Harold V. Fitzpatrick, parents, Earl Conrad Garber and Pearl Mae Garber, and brother, Don Knight, all preceded her in death.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Michael Fitzpatrick, Patricia Lynn Riner, Stephen Matthew Fitzpatrick, John Vincent Fitzpatrick; eight grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday evening, March 19, 2011, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 20, 2011 at First Christian Church of Warner Robins with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Reverend Mike Fitzpatrick and Reverend Darrell Vandervort will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to Heart of Georgia Inpatient Hospice, 1120 Morningside Drive, Perry, Georgia 31069.
