Rachel Louise Shoulta

Rachel Shoulta, 26, passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018.

Born on October 6, 1992 in Atlanta, Georgia, Rachel was the beautiful daughter of Michael and Shonia Laumann. She graduated from Houston County High School in 2011 and from Central Georgia Technical College in 2014. Creative and artistic from the time she was little, Rachel loved expressing her ideas in cosmetology and music. She enjoyed traveling and had a deep love and compassion for all animals and enjoyed volunteering her free time at Houston County Humane Society, Inc. In 2016, she married Brandon Shoulta, the love of her life, and together they embarked on their journey with the USAF to Germany.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband, Brandon T. Shoulta, USAF of Germany; parents, Michael and Shonia Laumann of Warner Robins; sisters, Rebecca Lynn Adair (Josh) of Jackson, Georgia and Sarah Jacqueline Schwart (Cody) of San Antonio, Texas; grandparents, Fred and Donna Laumann, Jackie Barnett, and “Papa” Jim Cheshire, all of Warner Robins; several aunts and uncles; nephew, Luke Adair; and furbabies, “Jacee” and Freddie.”

Visitation will be Friday, December 28, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Pastor Micah Carr officiating. Following the service, Rachel will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Rachel to the Humane Society of Houston County, Inc., P.O. Box 9588, Warner Robins, GA 31095.
