Ralph “Andy” Edward Andrews, 80, entered into eternal rest on May 16, 2026. Born on January 9, 1946, in Charleston, West Virginia, Andy lived a life marked by service, faith, dedication, and love for family and community.

Following his graduation from high school, Andy proudly answered the call to serve his country by enlisting in the United States Air Force. He served as a Security Policeman in Charleston, South Carolina. After completing his first enlistment, he worked for Lockheed Martin before reenlisting in the Air Force. Andy once again served as Security Police at duty stations across the United States and overseas before relocating to Warner Robins, Georgia, where he continued his military career at Robins Air Force Base until retiring in 1988. During his years of service, he was privileged to serve on protection details for visiting dignitaries, most notably First Lady Rosalynn Carter and the Crown Prince of Iran.

After retiring from the Air Force, Andy continued his commitment to public service with the Warner Robins Police Department. He later worked as a Quality Control Technician at McDonnell Douglas/Boeing, where he remained until he fully retired.

A devoted man of faith, Andy was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Warner Robins, where he served as an ordained elder. He also helped develop the church’s first sound room and faithfully operated it for many years, quietly supporting the worship he loved. Additionally, he found great joy in helping others through his volunteer work with Backpack Buddies and the local soup kitchen, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.

Andy was an avid golf enthusiast who enjoyed spending time on the course with friends and family. His love for athletics started early, proudly wearing #42 as a “star high-school running back”, a passion that stayed with him throughout his life. He also dedicated many years to serving as a softball and basketball referee and umpire for military and high school athletics across the state. Andy was a devoted fan of the Atlanta Braves and the Georgia Bulldogs, cheering them on faithfully through every season.

Andy will be remembered for his strong sense of duty, his generous heart, his unwavering faith, and the love he shared with all who knew him. A proud husband, father, and Papa, he cherished his family above all else. His legacy of service and kindness will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched.

Andy was preceded in death by his mother, Elsie Unella Andrews, granddaughter Hunter Marie Drew, and great-grandson, Grayson Paul Monaco.

His memory will forever be treasured by his beloved wife, Casey Andrews; children, Andrea Keene (Kevin), Michael Andrews (Tiffany), Kyle Mueller (Janet), and Ryan Mueller; grandchildren, Chace Drew (Marissa), Kelsey Monaco, Cameron Pender, Morgan Andrews, Liam Mueller, Eli Andrews, Noah Mueller, and Sophia Mueller; great-grandchildren, Cash, Wyatt, Clarissa, Nolan, Madilyn, DK, Journey, and Cooper; father, Fred Harris; and sister, Darlene Hash.

Visitation will be held at Westminster Presbyterian Church on Sunday, June 14 (Flag Day), from 3:00 until 3:30 p.m., followed by a celebration of life service at 3:30 p.m. Food and fellowship will follow the service in the fellowship hall.
