On the morning of Sunday, July 29, 2018, Ray Dewberry went to be with the Lord. He was 71 years old.
Born in Atlanta, Georgia on May 7, 1947, Stephen was the son of the late William R. Dewberry, Sr. and Elnora Stephens Harbin. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and retired from AT&T after a number of years.
To forever cherish his memory, he leaves behind his devoted wife of 13 years, Shelia Lynn Dewberry of Warner Robins; children, Tracy Manning (Tom) of Atlanta, and Amy Lynn Greer, Brandy Wall, Harley McGalliard (Josh), and Adreianna Dewberry, all of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Hanna Manning, Jacob Greer, Colton and Talon McGalliard, and Ezra Odom; and siblings, David Harbin, Donna Harbin, Billy Newberry and Ruby Dewberry Alexander.
A memorial service celebrating Ray’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home.
McCullough Funeral Home and Crematory has the privilege of being entrusted with Mr. Dewberry’s arrangements.
