Raymond Woodrow Mills, Sr.

Raymond Woodrow Mills, Sr., 89, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2006. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 13, 2006, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Bonaire Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 until 8 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Memorials may be given to Second Baptist Building Fund, 2504 Moody Road, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.

Mr. Mills was born on November 14, 1916 in Cary, Georgia. He was a member of Second Baptist Church of Warner Robins and retired from Robins Air Force Base Plant Services. Before working at Robins Air Force Base he was a member of The Civilian Conservation Corporation. His wife of forty six years, Valeria Mills; parents, George and Almeadia Sapp Mills; and brother, Grady Mills preceded him in death.

Survivors include his children, Raymond Mills, Jr. (Ann), Warner Robins; Wayne Mills, Warner Robins; Charlotte Mills, Warner Robins; grandchildren, Kim Cooper (Shannon), Keith Mills, Kris Mills (Jessica), Kevin Mills, Elizabeth Piccirillo (Gary), Lisa Barkley (Chris), Dana Oliver (Ed), Lori Belflower (Ted); thirteen great grandchildren, brother, Emmett Mills, Warner Robins; sister, Sudie Renfroe, Warner Robins; and several nieces and nephews.
