Warner Robins

Regina Meta Morgan, 81, entered into rest on Sunday, February 18, 2024.

Regina was born on May 24, 1942, in Pforzheim, Germany to the late Erich and Berta Hagenbucher.  She grew up in Pforzheim and after completing her childhood education, she completed an apprenticeship in watch making. It was there she met her husband, Jack, who was stationed in Germany with the United States Air Force. After they married, Regina became a homemaker and they made their way back to the states, starting in Warner Robins, Georgia, then to Texas, and back to Warner Robins. She was an incredible seamstress, known for being able to make any alterations, her children’s clothing, and even her daughter’s wedding dress. Her talents continued to the kitchen where she was known not only for her good cooking, but particularly her spaetzle. She could fix just about anything around the family home, from plumbing to gardening. Regina loved to take care of others, always welcoming new neighbors and hosting company. Her glowing sense of humor will be deeply missed by those who held her dear.

In addition to her parents, Regina was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Rodney Morgan.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Jeanette Morgan and Shirley Morgan, both of Warner Robins, Georgia; sister, Eleanor Brown of Gresham, Oregon; sisters-in-law, Jane Lipeski of Syracuse, New York and Lina Morgan of Las Vegas, Nevada; along with many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving family members and friends.
