Richard Price Hemmle, Jr., age 72, of Warner Robins, Georgia, passed away on March 22, 2026.
Richard was born on March 25, 1953, in Fort Worth, Texas, to the late Richard Price Hemmle, Sr. and Sue Smith Hemmle. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy, demonstrating a lifelong sense of duty and dedication.
Richard spent many years working as a greenskeeper for the City of Warner Robins and at International City Golf Course, where he took pride in his work and the beauty of the grounds he helped maintain.
A man of deep faith, Richard was a devoted member of Dabar Christian Ministries and attended Beth Yeshua International in Macon. He loved the Lord wholeheartedly and was known for always sharing his faith and witnessing to others. His passion for spreading the word of God touched many lives.
Richard cherished his friendships and enjoyed staying connected with others, often spending time scrolling on Facebook. He had a warm spirit and a genuine love for people.
He was married to his beloved wife, Levena, for nearly 18 years, sharing a life filled with love, faith, and companionship.
His memory will forever be treasured by his wife, Levena Hemmle; six siblings; stepchildren, Michael Karr (Samantha) of Carrollton, Georgia and Kathy Hamm (Kenny) of Warner Robins, Georgia; two grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 5:00 p.m., on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Richard will be laid to rest privately.
