Robert LeRoy Bowers, Jr., 70, entered into rest on, February 1, 2014.
Mr. Bowers was born on May 25, 1943, in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania. A former deputy sheriff with the Norfolk, Virginia Sheriff's Office, he also enjoyed computer repair and home improvement projects. His parents, Robert L. Bowers, Sr. and Anna Mae Wills Bowers, preceded him in death.
His memory will forever be treasured by his loving companion, Dorothy Baker of Hawkinsville, Georgia; sister, Vicki A. Bowers of Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania; and nephews, Bruce E. Ulmer (Christine) of Hall, New York and Boyd A. Ulmer (Lori) of Palm Bay, Florida.
Services will be private.
