Roger Troy Tollett

Roger Troy Tollett, 47, passed away surrounded by close family and friends on Friday, September 1, 2023.

Troy was born on August 14, 1976, in Carthage, Tennessee to the late Roy Tollett and Lynda “Becky” Fortson. He was a lifelong resident of Warner Robins, Georgia. He spent most of his life building hot rod motors and streetcar racing his beloved Monte Carlo.

In addition to his parents, Troy was preceded in death by his “Pops”, Haskell Fortson, sister, Carolyn Berryman, and nephew, Braxton Thompson.

Troy’s memory is left to be cherished by his daughter, Macy Tollett (Kevone) and his first grandson on the way, Messiah; sisters, Amy Thomas (Wade), Karen Jerkins, Deana Roberts (Suzie), and Kelli Tollett; brothers, Joe Fortson, Jim Fortson, David Fortson, and Ronnie Tollett; twenty five nieces and nephews including Alex Thomas, Adam Thompson (Lauren), Bubby Thompson, and Jake Thompson, whom he was closest to; girlfriend, Mary Arnold; lifelong friends, Billy Wadsworth, Jami Smith, and Traci Brown, who was a second mother to his daughter, Macy.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
