Mr. Roland Raphael, 62, passed away on Tuesday, February 24, 2004 at the Houston Medical Center in Warner Robins, Georgia. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Raphael was born in Plattsburgh, New York. He was the owner of Cablextra, a cable contracting company. His mother, Eleanor Marie Beshaw preceded him in death.
Survivors include his daughter, Kelly Smith, Cape Coral, Florida; granddaughter, Krystal Cate Smith, Cape Coral, Florida; four sisters; and one brother.
