Rosemary Tolliver

Rosemary S. Tolliver, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on June 26, 2025, at the age of 87.

She was born on December 16, 1937, in Maben, West Virginia, and grew up in McGraws. She attended Glen Rogers High School before marrying Harry Tolliver at the age of 16. As the wife of an Air Force serviceman, Rosemary lived in various locations across the United States and abroad before the family settled permanently in Warner Robins, Georgia, in 1973. She spent her adult life as a homemaker, managing the household and raising her family during a time of frequent transitions.

Rosemary attended Christ United Methodist Church in Warner Robins. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening and had a particular appreciation for flowers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Jennie Sizemore; husband, Harry Tolliver; and daughter, Beth Tolliver.

Rosemary is survived by her children, Pam Van Dusen (Stan) of Macon, Kim Adsit (Andrew) of Warner Robins, and Jenni Sirmons (Brad) of Hawkinsville; grandchildren, Heather Walker (Don), Christopher Mikovitz, Megan Merrell (Nick), Tyler Adsit (Ginny), Brandon Tolliver, Kayli Tolliver, Emma Rose Sirmons, Ella Jane Sirmons, Tolliver Sirmons, and Emry Ann Sirmons; great-grandchildren, Haley Luciano (Davier), Chloe Walker, Matthew Merrell, Brody Adsit, Charlotte Merrell, Sonny Adsit, Aw’some Tolliver; step grandchild, Tyler Van Dusen (Jessica); step great-grandchildren, Sutton, Miller and Annie Van Dusen; and brother, Roland Sizemore.

Rosemary will be laid to rest at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens beside her husband Harry, with a private family ceremony.
