Roy Phillip Gatlin, Jr.

Roy “Chip” Gatlin, Jr., 45, passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2006. A memorial gathering will be held Friday evening, June 23, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the home of Kenneth and Kim Odom, 210 Sunnybrook Lane Warner Robins, GA 31088. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2006 at Southside Congregational Holiness Church 1069 Wilson Street Macon, GA 31206.

Mr. Gatlin was born June 10, 1961 in Macon, GA. Chip was a veteran of the United States Army and the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Gatlin.

Survivors include his wife, Melody Leigh Powell Gatlin, his children, Thomas Phillip Gatlin, Patrick Lee Gatlin, Patricia Ann Gatlin, all of Warner Robins; father, Roy Phillip Gatlin, Sr., Valdosta; sisters, Susan Ribbke and Catheryn Gatlin, both of Illinois, brothers, Steve Gatlin and David Gatlin, both of Macon; half sister, Kari Brown, Valdosta; and step brother, Chad Pafford, Statenville, GA.
