Ruth E. Collins

Ruth E. Collins, 85, formerly of Warner Robins, entered into rest on Friday, April 21, 2011.

Born July 3, 1925 in Villa Rica, Mrs. Collins was a homemaker and of the Protestant Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cloyd Collins, parents, Hollie Davis Swafford and Thelma White Swafford, five siblings and two grandsons.

She will live in the hearts of her sons, William "Bill" E. Jaynes (Diane), Fayetteville, and Dewey A. Jaynes (Annie), Locust Grove; daughter, Elaine Kitchens (Jack), Dallas; six grandchildren, a number of great-grandchildren; sister, Eloise Dillard, Bonaire; special niece, Brenda Slade and several other nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 26, 2011 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home, followed by services at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, the Reverend Tim Kelly officiating. Interment will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
