Sherry Yvonne Futch

Sherry Yvonne Futch passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2025.

Sherry was born in Ocilla Georgia on March 24, 1962. She is survived by sisters, Sabrina Futch (Brent Fuller), Kim Taylor; and one brother, Jimmy Futch (Debra); son, Brandon Scott Hunter (Amber Brown) and mother, Agnes Futch.

She is preceded in death by father, W.L. Futch.

She spent many years dedicated to her career in avionics with her most recent employer being Warner Robins Air Force Base. She worked diligently and was committed and dedicated to being a valved asset to her companies values and standards.

Sherry also found joy in baking for the people she loved and sharing comfort through her homemade treats. She loved her weekend outings that included Walley World, Harbor Freight, and Michaels when the candles went on sale.

Services celebrating Sherry’s life will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to the service. In honor of Sherry, the family has requested that everyone dress casually and in red.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude for Heart of Georgia Hospice for the care given to Sherry during her final days.
