Shirlon Pollett Sapp

Shirlon Pollett Sapp, 52, entered into rest on Sunday, May 9, 2010.

Mrs. Sapp was born on July 22, 1957, in Bogalusa, Louisiana. She was a nurse at Medical Center of Central Georgia and Coliseum Hospital. Her church home was Solid Rock Community Church in Centerville. Her father, J. P. Leonard, and son, Richard Edward Spell, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving and loyal husband, Reverend Kevin Sapp; children, James Pollett (fiancé, Jessica Hembree) Amanda Califf (Eric), Joe Spell (Shannon), Matthew Sapp and Sarah Sapp; mother, Page Pollett; siblings, Melody Capps, Patrick Pollett, David Pollett, Buddy Kennedy, Rancine Auger, Billie Jo Campbell and Mary Katherine Smith; and grandchildren, Brenna, Eddie, Amber, Leelu, Mina and Alex.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 11, 2010, from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 12, 2010, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, Reverend Kevin Sapp officiating. Entombment will follow in Magnolia Park Mausoleum.
