Steven Jeffery Mcgahee

Steven Jeffery McGahee, 59, passed away after a brief illness on Friday, July 7, 2023. He is now with his son Jacob, sister Julie, and his brother Gary.

Steven was born on February 29, 1964, in Statesboro, Georgia. He was very close to his siblings and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was known for his witty sense of humor and his love of laughter. His favorite hobby was fishing. Steven will forever be missed by his family; may he rest in peace.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Ida Ann McGahee; and his son, Jacob; brother, Gary; and his sister, Julie.

His memory will forever be treasured by his wife, Pamela Reid; and children, Steven Brian McGahee (Maureen) of North Carolina, Amanda Marie Aguirre (Daniel) of Oklahoma, and Savannah Fern Lynn McGahee of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Elyse and Emery McGahee, Ethan, Damien, and Gabriella Aguirre; siblings, Greg McGahee, Linda Radford (Melvin) and Brenda McGahee; and further extended family including sister-in-law, Paula Reid; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 11, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 in our chapel. Steven will be laid to rest privately.
