Susie M. Arnold

Susie Arnold, 84, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ in heaven on Tuesday, March 29, 2016.

Born on October 6, 1931 in Cochran, Georgia, Susie was a graduate of Bleckley County High School. Mrs. Arnold loved her church and was a dedicated member of Bible Baptist Temple for 43 years. She was also very active with TOPS for many years. Susie enjoyed attending the Powersville Opry, as well as catching up with old classmates at the BCHS reunions.

Susie was preceded in death by her parents, Hilman and Lena McDaniel; her two sons, Jimmy and Keith Swearingen; and several brothers and sisters.

She leaves her memory behind with her devoted husband of 46 years, Willie J. Arnold of Warner Robins; daughters, Rhonda Parker of Warner Robins and Pamela Hunter (Tommy) of Kathleen; Cookie, Jennye, Benji, Jimmy, Kenneth, Chris, Jessica, Julie, Jeff, and Jennifer; grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Sara Pyles of Perry; and a host of loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 31st from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 1st in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Following the service, Mrs. Arnold will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Mausoleum.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Susie to Bible Baptist Temple, 2601 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, GA 31093.
