Suzanne Elizabeth Nowlin

Suzanne Elizabeth Nowlin, 80, passed away on Monday, July 20, 2015.

Suzanne was born on November 2, 1934 in Eden, New York. She worked as a clerk at Rite Aid Pharmacy for many years. Suzanne loved birds, ice cream, baking, spending time with her family, watching all her grandchildren's sports events and attending horse shows.

Her husband, Gerald Schmittendorf; parents, Jack and Florence Hardy Braymiller; and siblings, Thelma Sanderson and Bob Braymiller, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Lee Schmittendorf of South Dayton, New York, Linda Nagel of Bonaire, Lorrie Davis (Ric) of Kathleen, and Lisa Adams (Keith) of Perry; grandchildren, Janelle Fleming (Jason) of Warner Robins, Jennifer Calabrese (Jason) of Dacula, Jason Wolfe (Katie Keaton) of Statesboro, Deanna Schmittendorf (Brandon Underwood) of Kathleen, Taylor Schmittendorf of South Dayton, New York, great grandchildren, Ally Fleming, Reese Fleming, Brody Fleming, Easton Calabrese; and sister, Shirley Palmerton (Bill) of Eden, New York.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Christ Lutheran Church, 208 Langston Road, Perry, Ga 31069. Pastor John Lehenbauer will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Suzanne Nowlin to the Lutheran Village at Christ United Lutheran, 208 Langston Road, Perry, Ga 31069.
