Talmadge Fields, 81, passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2015.
Talmadge was born on October 30, 1933 in Glenwood, Georgia to the late Eason and Mae Raburn Fields. He lived in Houston County since 1957, Talmadge owned Fields Drywall and was a very well-respected business man. Talmadge loved antique cars, fishing, hunting, reading the Bible, gardening, and above all else his family. He will always be remembered as a devoted father.
His brothers, Jake and Edward Fields, preceded him in death.
His memory will forever be treasured by his sons, Dino Fields (Kari) of Bonaire, Duane Fields (Donna) of Elko, Daryl Fields of Bonaire; and grandson, Phil Johnson (Jackie).
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2015 in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be given In Memory of Talmadge Fields to St Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
