Born on October 3, 1972, Tammy was the loving daughter of Everett “Gene” and Sandy Helms. From an early age, she was known for her brilliant mind, her deep faith, and her dedication to serving others.

A woman of intelligence and conviction, Tammy was a devoted member of Phi Mu at Georgia College and maintained a love for education throughout her life.
