Teresa was born on August 1, 1973. She was devoted to her family and loved being a wife and mother. Her father, Winford Gullett preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband, Timothy Burns; daughters, Kaylee and Megan Burns; mother, Rita Gullett and brothers, Jeff and Randy Gullett.
