Terry Dwayne Pope

Terry Pope, 56, passed away peacefully at Heart of Georgia Hospice on the morning of Wednesday, October 31, 2018.

Born on December 3, 1961 in Mobile, Alabama, Terry was the son of the late John Pope, Sr. and Margaret Virginia Weatherly Pope. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Frankie Lee Sullivan; brother, Charles “Barry” Pope; and sisters, Linda P. King and Jean Blanchard.

He leaves his memory behind with his siblings, John David Pope, Jr., Sherry Diane Pope Ross, and Betty Lynn Sorrow; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Monday, November 5, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Reverend Chad Wood officiating. After the service, Terry will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
