Terry Ussery

A United States veteran, Terry Ussery, 73, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, at Summerhill Senior Living Community in Perry.

Born on October 18, 1947, in Thomaston, Georgia, Terry was the son of the late Arthur Willet and Hazel Sanders Ussery. Terry served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War before he became a Heating and Air Technician. In his free time, Terry enjoyed casting a line in the lake or being in the woods hunting. He was a member of the Covenant Life Cathedral Church in Macon, Georgia.

His memory will forever be treasured by his daughters, Tera Ussery of Lakemont, Georgia; and Ashley Ussery of Buford, Georgia; sister, Sheila Ussery of Guntersville, Alabama.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2020, at Covenant Life Cathedral, 4543 Bloomfield Road, Macon, Georgia 31206, with Reverend Robert Hunnicutt officiating.
