Theodore O. Rainey

Theodore O. Rainey, 72, entered into rest on Monday, October 27, 2014.

Theodore was born on January 4, 1942 in Rochelle, Georgia. He proudly served his country in the US Army with the rank of E-7. Theodore then worked for Rainey Brothers Electric Company as an electrician. He was a past member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and present member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church. In his free time Theodore enjoyed being with his family and friends.

His parents, Edgar Rainey, Sr. and Blanche Rainey and siblings, Edgar Rainey, Jr. and Blanche Kettmann, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his children, Theodore O. Rainey, Jr. of Virginia, and Cathy Rainey of Florida; three grandchildren; siblings, Harold Rainey of Cumming, Elton Rainey of Perry, Robert Rainey of Barnesville, James Rainey of Hoschton, Helen Steel of Dacula, Maryann Ransom of North Carolina, and Frances Story of Perry.

The Chaplet of Divine Mercy will be Wednesday, October 29, 2014 starting at 7:00 p.m. followed by a visitation until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
