Thomas was born on August 24, 2017 in Macon, Georgia. During his 12 short days here on Earth he was loved deeply by family and friends.
His memory will forever be treasured by his biological mother, Jennifer Maddox; foster mother, Jami Mullis; sister, Maddox Mullis “Maddie”; and the rest of his foster family and Houston County DFCS family.
Twinkle, twinkle little star, up in heaven is where you are. Flying high and twinkling bright, my guiding star, my shining light. Twinkle, twinkle little star, my perfect angel…is who you are.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at Magnolia Park Cemetery where Thomas will be laid to rest.
