Thomas H. Lewis

Warner Robins – Thomas H. Lewis, 64, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2005. Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday December 20, 2005 in Southside Baptist Church with interment following in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens with full military honors. Visitation will be Monday from 7 until 9 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. The family suggests donations be made to The Mission of Southside Baptist Church 1040 S. Houston Lake Road, Warner Robins, GA, 31088

Mr. Lewis was born on December 6, 1941 in Sandusky, Ohio. He was a very active member of Southside Baptist Church and the Nifty Fifties Sunday School Class. Retired from the United States Air Force, Mr. Lewis was an avid golfer and was currently employed at Butler Toyota of Macon. His parents, John and Kathryn Lewis, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Florence Lewis, Warner Robins; son, Chris Lewis (Michele), Egg Harbour Township, New Jersey; daughter, Cathy Lewis, Warner Robins; grandchildren, Kathleen, Andrea, Jennifer, and Andrew Lewis; sister Wanna Kim (Michael), Casa Grande, Arizona; as well as several nieces and nephews.
