Tsgt. Edwin Ashley Marchant, Usaf (Ret.)

Edwin Ashley Marchant passed away at the age of 78 on Sunday, April 19, 2020. He was the son of the late Willie Joe and Kathleen Aleath Marchant. Edwin proudly served in the United States Air Force from which he retired after 20 years of dedicated service. He was of the Protestant faith. In his spare time, Edwin enjoyed watching westerns and collecting coins. He loved his family dearly and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to Edwin’s parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Eddie Marchant and sister, Regina Gail Forquer Marchant.

His memory will forever be treasured by his daughter, Kathie Davis of Middleburg, Florida; and grandchildren, Michael Marchant, Megan Davis, and Christina Davis.

At the family’s request, all services are private. Mr. Marchant will be laid to rest in Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
