Virgil Lee Burell

Lee Burell, 57, entered into rest on Saturday, November 24, 2018.

Lee was born on June 22, 1961 in Lawrenceville, Georgia to the late Roy and Mary Myers. An outdoorsman, he enjoyed trips to the river, fishing and loved nature. Lee spent time listening to music, playing guitar and watching Andy Griffith. Growing up he always enjoyed playing softball on Sunday evenings and cheering on his beloved GA bulldogs. He dedicated over twenty years to Blue Bird Corporation.

His memory will forever be treasured by his wife, Bhavana Burell; siblings, Carol Johnson and Eric Myers; stepfather, William E. Myers, Jr.; and many other loving family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with visitation beginning one hour prior. Afterwards, Mr. Burell will be laid to rest in Bowers Cemetery in Empire, Georgia.

McCullough Funeral Home and Crematory has the privilege of being entrusted with Mr. Burell’s arrangements.
