Virginia Bonnie Jones

Virginia Bonnie Jones, 72, entered into rest on Saturday, December 22, 2012.

Mrs. Jones was born on October 14, 1940 in Ocilla, Georgia. She was a faithful servant of the Lord and an active member of Life Point Church. Bonnie was a loving mother, nana, devoted sister, and friend to many. Her husband, Frank Nelson Jones, her parents, Varnell Whitley and Maybelle Swilley Whitley, and her brother, Kelton Whitley, all preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Barbara Scarborough, Bobby V. Clark, and Beverly Morgan; and siblings, Janice Deaver and Marshall Whitley; seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday evening, December 26, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. The family will celebrate the life of Bonnie Jones at a Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m.
on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Life Point Church. Memorials may be given to Life Point Church, 120 Walker Road, Byron, Georgia 31008.
