Virginia Mae Denny, 64, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2005. Memorial services will be held at 5:00 PM on Saturday, July 23, 2005, at Andrew United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Andrew United Methodist Church, 2430 Hwy 127, Kathleen, Georgia 31047, Hospice of Houston County (Serenity Gate), 103 Westridge Drive Warner Robins, Georgia 31088, or Charity of Donor’s choice .
Mrs. Denny was a native of Ohio, and lived in Houston County since 1982. She was a member of Andrew United Methodist Church and the quilting club. Her parents, Helen and Vernon Rickard; sister, Madeline Hinkle, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband of forty-two years, Richard Denny, Kathleen; sons, Rick Denny (Angela); Jeff Denny (June); grandchildren, Nicholas Denny; Alexandra Denny; sister, Dolores Murdock (Raymond); several nieces and nephews.
