Walta Richardson Holden

Walta R. Holden, 100, entered into rest on Saturday, November 8, 2008.

Ms. Holden was born on May 9, 1908 in Lynn, Massachusetts. She was a retired church secretary, a member of Clintondale Congregational Church in Saugus, Massachusetts and attended the United Church of Christ. She served as a Red Cross volunteer for a number of years.
She was predeceased by her husbands, Lawrence Richardson and James Holden, son, Arthur Richardson and parents, Charles W. Elmer and Florence May Elmer,

Her memory will be treasured by her son, Robert Lawrence Richardson (Margaret), Warner Robins; daughters, Nancy Louise Sullivan (David), Florida and Norma Jean Gannon (Robert, New Hampshire; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Heifer Project International, 1 World Avenue, Little Rock AR 72202 or www.heifer.org .
