William "Bill" Pritchard

William A. "Bill" Pritchard, 72, joined His Lord and Savior in heaven on Friday, March 3, 2017.

Mr. Pritchard was born on September 21, 1944 in the Panama Canal Zone, Panama to the late Arthur and Dorothy Meeks Pritchard. He retired as an Equipment Specialist from Robins Air Force Base after 42 years of civil service. A devoted family man who adored his wife of 47 years, Mr. Pritchard was also a wonderful churchman. In fact, he had but two priorities in his life—his family and his church. For more than 50 years, he faithfully served as organist at First Baptist Church of Centerville and Friendship Baptist Church of Warner Robins. He was also an ordained deacon, and took special pride in his service on the Building and Grounds Committee.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife, Winona Meeks Pritchard; his daughter, Jennifer Pritchard of Centerville; and his brother, Andy Pritchard (Sharon) of Ocala, Florida.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at Friendship Baptist Church in Warner Robins. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the funeral service. Following the service, Mr. Pritchard will be laid to rest at Parkway Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests that donations be made in memory of Mr. Pritchard to the Friendship Baptist Church Building Fund, 1322 Feagin Mill Road, Warner Robins, GA 31088.
