William “Cecil” Parrish, Jr., 53, passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2004 at Houston Medical Center. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 on Wednesday, September 29, at the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, with Mark Tague officiating. Interment will follow in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be prior to the service on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m at McCullough Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to Great Lakes Burn Camp, 1709 N. West Avenue, Suite 138, Jackson, Michigan 49202.
Born in Arlington, Virginia, Mr. Parrish was a member of Southside Baptist Church. He proudly served in United States Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. Mr. Parrish was the owner of Southeastern Cleaning Service. Preceding him in death was his mother, Alta Jean Parrish.
Survivors include, wife, Anna Lee Parrish, Fort Valley; father, William Cecil Parrish, Sr., Fort Valley; daughter, Jeannie Louise Parrish, Fort Valley; brother, Michael Parrish, Woodbridge, VA; sister, Billie Jean Renna, Dumfries, VA; uncle, James Parrish, Yadkinville, NC; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
