Willie J. Arnold

Willie J. Arnold, 95, entered into rest on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.

Willie was born in Cochran, Georgia on September 15, 1922 to the late Will Jordan Arnold and Minnie Bell Hart Lucas. A World War II Veteran, he proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and retired from Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base. Willie was a member of Bible Baptist Temple, American Legion Post 172, loved attending the Powersville Opry and gardening.

He was preceded in death by his loving wives, Frances Arnold and Susie M. Arnold.

Willie’s memory will forever be treasured by his loving daughters, Rhonda Parker of Warner Robins and Pamela Hunter (Tommy) of Kathleen; grandchildren, Kenneth, Chris, Jessica, Julie, Jeff, and Jennifer; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 14, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will immediately follow at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 14, 2018 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Rev. Donnie Melton officiating. Afterwards, Willie will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Mausoleum.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Mr. Arnold to Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Dr., Warner Robins, GA 31088 or Shriners Hospital, c/o Al-Sihah Shrine, P.O. Box 3147, Macon, GA 31205.
