Winston Rogers, 83, entered into rest on March 7, 2015.
Mr. Rogers was born on October 16, 1931 in Taffy, Kentucky. With pride and honor he served his country in the United States Army, having fought during the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War. Mr. Rogers received a Bachelor degree in Economics and enjoyed the Stock Market and NFL football. His parents, Strawder and Pearl Rogers, preceded him in death.
His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife, Rose Rogers; son, Gary Rogers (Linda), Boynton Beach, Florida; grandchildren, Cheryl Fan (Xinli), Kansas City, Missouri and Juliana Rogers, Boynton Beach, Florida; and brother, Porter Rogers, Whitesfield, Kentucky.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 9, 2015 at Magnolia Park Cemetery.
