Wyndie Burriss-Hall, 48, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2005, at Houston Medical Center. Visitation will be Saturday, July 9, 2005, from 6 until 8 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A graveside service will take place at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 11, 2005, at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Anderson, South Carolina. There will be a service of “Celebration of Life” on Saturday, July 23, at 4:00 p.m. at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church of Warner Robins. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church of Warner Robins.
Wyndie was born in Anderson, South Carolina. She was a member of Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church (ELCA), and the Central Georgia Chapter of Families with Children from China.
Her father, Rev. H. Wyndham Burriss, preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband and daughter, Karey D. Hall and Karianne Hall, Warner Robins; mother, Jean Stauffer Burriss; brothers, Wynter and wife Tammy Burriss; Wyndson Burriss; sister, Wynette Burriss, all of Florida; brother, Wyndham Burriss, Jr., South Carolina.
